Since the time that you submitted your request, we have released an updated version of the app that should resolve the problem. Please update your application and make sure it's the version 6.21.0.

I have the 6.21.0 update and the regular app works but is the ios app on iphone no longer in beta because it say beta for apple tv only now on my phone?

Do lookout for a new beta version that we'll be releasing soon.
In the meantime, kindly use the most recent public version of the Viki app.
