[Solved] Videos not working

Getting the following error message when trying to watch video:

  • Hi everyone,

    Our team is aware of this playback issue and they're looking into it. We'll share more updates when the fix is up.

    In the meantime, do consider trying some of these options:

    - For Microsoft Edge browsers, enable DRM:

    1. Copy and paste edge://flags into the address bar and press Enter
    2. Search Widevine using the search box
    3. When the entry appears highlighted in yellow, use the drop-down box and change the setting from Default to Enabled
    4. Close your current browser and open your browser once again for the changes to take effect
    5. Logout and log back into Viki.com

    - Watch on the Viki mobile app/ Connected TV app instead.

  • It's saying my device is suddenly not compatible even tho it worked fine for past week. It plays a little then stops working and give me error. Sometimes it says something went wrong instead. I am using mobile app on s23 ultra.

  • This is the second time this no playback happened. It is 5-6 days now and soon the subscription fee will be deducted from my card. When can I watch the dramas I was watching? Netflix charges almost the same but rarely they have a problem. You should waive or discounted us for the days we are not able to watch our dramas.

  • this is getting bad even my goggle now is starting to just buff getting tired of watching on my cell phone ? so why does it work on cell phone and not pc no more ?
