[Closed] My Subtitles are not advancing.

My subtitles are stuck on one sentence, they won't advance with the scenes of the show.  I tried to select English again and when I click on Englist 100%, it will advance to the next subtitle but will stay stuck on that one again.  They won't auto advance.
