Parental controls
I would love if the parental control could be deactivated in the settings since I don't need it. There are probably many people who also don't want it active all the time. Specifically on my LG tv app.

Yes. The parental control needs to be able to deactivated. I do not need it. I also am using Viki on my LG TV app.
Please remove the parental pin setting. I don't have children and it's annoying!
parental pin setting is unnecessary and I am upset that I can't deactivate it. I use Viki on my MacBook and my LG TV app.
I'm 69 years old and I'm the only one that lives in my house why do I have to put a pin in every time I want to watch it over 18 show! It's absolutely ridiculous. Who are you to tell me what I can and cannot watch? Are you going to get rid of it or not. Luckily we can still watch it on our Roku guys so watch it there instead of on your regular TV.
How to deactivate Parental control?
I would love it if there was a way I could deactivate the parental controls on my Samsung TV. They aren’t there on my Roku but they are there on my Samsung smart TV.
Would love to turn off the parental controls on my LG TV app. The only think I watch Viki on that has this.
Remove the stupid PIN. I don't have kids
I can watch Viki on my Vizio without the parental control pin but not on my LG. As a result I only watch Viki on my Vizio. It is a royal pain.

How can i remove the Stupid Parental lock for Viki on my samsung TV ??/ Its a real pain and i have to use Fire Stick to watch separately
Is anyone monitoring these questions? Please resolve this issue. I'm a 57 year old woman trying to watch Viki on my Samsung TV and don't know how to disable requiring a PIN to watch shows. I've tried troubleshooting on the app, my TV, and on my laptop, and can't figure this out. Please help us.
I'm binge watching this on my tv thru the app on my tv and having to put the code in when I'm the only person living in the home is a HUGE ANNOYANCE.
If we're having to pay a monthly fee, at least accommodate us.
PLEASE remove the parental control PIN requirement. This is obnoxious and offensive. It makes me want to cancel my subscription!

It’s completely ridiculous that there’s no option to turn parental controls off. I am not a child, I don’t have children, and no children even visit my place. I just want to watch a show on my Samsung TV and it’s beyond annoying that I’m expected to put in a PIN every time I want to watch it. I have no idea what my PIN even is since I don’t recall ever setting one. This is just completely stupid.
I would also love if this was not there. Or at least only once per session...
Please remove the requirement to create a pin to view shows. I’m 69, live alone. At least provide and option to disable it.
I can’t login to watch the show because of the parental control pin. And there any clear direction of how to create one to begin with. Couldn’t get any help from viki support. If I couldn’t get help from viki to fix this issue. Maybe it time to search for different app.
I also find this a ridiculous annoyance. So many apps, passwords, and pins. I normally have a excellent memory, but cannot seem to remember all these passwords and pins. I am 73 years old and there are never any children at my house. I have also forgotten my password for the Viki app, now another one?????
Please, just listen to your customers. We don't need parental control. Allow people who needs the password to activate that option. The majority of the subscribers are above the legal age and it is completely annoying to type the code when y are the only person watching Viki!
I live alone, if I'm old enough to pay by credit card, I'm old enough to watch an 18+ show or movie. Don't force me, and others, to use this stupid pin. If you want to protect kids from material they should not watch, allow us to add accounts including a kids account.

The parental control is so stupid. I really don’t need it and have trouble to enter the digits on my TV. The need to be able to be deactivated for sure. Please listen to us. I am really thinking about canceling my subscription because of this.

Do people have to do it all the time when they sign in? I only had to do it once on my roku stick. I have not had to it at all on my apple tv.

I can understand why you need the pin but I think just putting it in once its sufficient enough instead having to put it in every time you click on show/movie. Click on the app and put the pin in and be done with it. I think its little overkill having to put the pin in every time you click on a show or movie. Maybe start listening to people. I have had viki for 5 yrs or so and the app has just gone down hill the last couple years. you guys don't listen and do things that people did not ask for. Maybe when you guys have the meetings or whatever ask yourself will the subscribers like this change and if most of you think probably not I would not do the change on the app.
Why isn't Viki RESPONDING to this URGENT NEED to deactivate PASSCODE from LG-TV or any other supported device

I cared about this at first, but ever since then I don't care anymore. There's not that many shows that require the code and it's easy to put the code in....
