It says to Update App to play and App has been updated. IOS has also been updated. I’ve closed the app and reopened after all updates and even shut phone on and off but it still won’t play.

Every now and then I encounter an episode for the Law of the Jungle show that shows the message: "Oh no! We had a little hiccup but don't worry! (Error: VSF_6401) Please try again in a few minutes....
