I've been having the same problem for about a week now.  The same problem with my mobile devices (phone app, Firestick and Fire Tablet).

Same issues on my end.  Some videos do not load for mobile phone, web, tablet or tv app

3. [Solved] HELP! Kristie and the Boffins, we're having some major thing here - Missing eps, missing subs, completed work everywhere suddenly???

The same problem occurs on several shows/episodes.  It seems that VIKI is having server issues, but no one is responding to customers right now so who knows.
