  To cancel your subscription, please refer to the instructions in this FAQ: bit.ly/CancelVikiPassFAQ  

  After canceling, you will receive an email confirming that your subscription is canceled.

  You will also continue to see subscription benefits until the end of your current billing period.

   

  If you encounter problems canceling, please send the details below to our Help Center at bit.ly/VikiHelp and we will get back to you as soon as possible.

  1. Your Viki account email/username

  2. Copy of your Viki Pass receipt

  3. Screenshot of the issue you're experiencing canceling

   

  Please know that you're always welcome to use Viki Pass again.
