[Closed] Free Trial

Hi, I subscribed to free trial to standard pass, but I changed my mind to subscribe to Viki Pass. I canceled, but then, the Viki Pass will not give me the free trial. Can you put back the free trial for me please if I subscribe to Viki Pass? Thanks.
