[Solved] Nvidia Shield Android 11 Update
Since the Update to Android 11 there is often the "Oh no! Something bad.." Message after a "A VIKI ORIGINAL" intro.

I also have the exact same problem. Every since the Android 11 update to the Shield, even after a clean reset of the Shield AND the Viki app, most TV shows (example, Rich Man, Poor Girl) are showing the "Oops, there is something wrong" message. This is a VIKI app problem, that needs an update.

Exact same issue as described above. We can watch 1 episode of Uncle, then any episode after that has the error after the intro. What's strange is that we can watch something else different just fine. The next day we are able to watch a new episode of Uncle, and then get the error again on subsequent episodes. Uninstall, reinstall, logout, login, nothing works

Same issue with viki on shield & some content not playing.
1. Viki app version 2.19.2
2. Any of the shows that are "A Viki Original". The shows start with a quick "A Viki Original" clip and have the error pop up next..."Oh no! Something went wrong, We're looking into it as you read this. Please try again in a few minutes". I try again, same issue/error.

5. Any show that is "A Viki Original" stated on it...like most new shows being added. Example; So I Married an Anti-fan, Color Rush 2, Kissable Lips, etc.

Hi! I seem to be having the exact same issue.
1. Viki app version 2.19.2
2. I am currently trying to watch “Where Stars Land” but episode will not make it beyond the “Viki Originals” introduction, I am then presented with a “Oh No! Something went wrong!” screen
3. I am using a Nvidia Shield TV Pro model # P2897
4. Toronto, Ontario, Canada
5. The only shows that seem to be affected are any show with a “Viki Originals” intro. As stated previously affected shows lead to a “Something went wrong” screen.
Nvidia brought 9.0.1 Upgrade. Above issue is still present. Now, even streaming via chromecast to nvidia shield cause problems.
I’m having the same issue and have tried reinstalling and rebooting.
Viki app ver. 22.2.0
When I try to play “viki original” content the “Rakuten viki original” pre roll will play but then an error “oh no! Something went wrong. We’re looking into it as you read this. Please try again in a few minutes. “
