[Closed] Help Account Stolen

I received and email stating that my account had the email changed which I did not do and did not give permission to have done now I am completely locked out of my account which has my card information on it i contacted the support three days ago "Lyn" responded quick and escalated my ticket to the account & billing support (thanks for that) but still haven't got any email from the account & billing support meanwhile this guy changed all the info on my profile and he's still watching everything with a subcription that I pay can anybody please help me recover my account as soon as possible ?
