[Closed] App not working

The app is not working on Amazon fire stick. It keeps on giving the error " Retry".

    We're sorry to know that you're experiencing issues with Viki on your Connected TV Device.

    To make sure this is not an app problem can you please try the following?

    1. Log out from your account
    2. Uninstall and reinstall the Viki app from your device. This usually helps solve the issue
    3. Turn your device off and on again.
    4. Log back in to your Viki account by following the steps here.

    Are you still having the same issues with the Viki app? If so, can you please provide the following information?

    1. What is the version of the Viki app are you using? You can find this information in the app settings.
    2. Which device and model number are you using?
    3. Which specific movies or episodes are causing this issue? Please give as many details as possible

    Thanks for your response and apologies if we're unable to open the app.

    Since the time that you submitted your request, we have released an updated version of the app that should resolve the problem. Please update your application and make sure it's the version 2.17.1 for Fire TV. Kindly see this article on how to update your Viki App.

    Please let us know if the problem persists for you after the update and we would be happy to look into it for you.
