Timed Comments

I am still unsure about how the Timed Comments come up. Are they not supposed to be recent ones? I see comments from many months ago, mostly complaints that subtitles are not loaded soon enough for new dramas. 

I feel that the comments should be purged from the system after say a month and people can then view fresh comments and know who is currently watching with them.
