[Closed] [Android Problem] Oh no! Something went wrong

"We're working on it and we'll get it fixed as soon as possible"

So this problem began when I got a new phone a few days ago (August 14th). Whenever I would try to watch any episode, this error would appear, preventing me from watching it. It seems like this is only happening on this phone, for I can watch episodes completely fine on my old phone, also an Android. To find the solution, I have tried:

  • Logging out and in again
  • Deleting the cache and storage
  • Reinstalling the app entirely
  • Downloading an older version of the app
  • Disabling certain battery options (Because I thought maybe they could be affecting the app)
  • Contacting Viki Support (They haven't replied yet)

However, none of these options work, and I am at a lost. Is there anyone else having this problem, and is there any solution to it?

 

Oh, and the phone I am currently using is the Motorola One Fusion+.

    It could likely be that your device is rooted and/or does not support DRM playback. We've sent more details to your ticket via the Help Center.
