[Closed] Viki Pass Plus
Hi Michelle I just tried to do what you told me to do which was to upgrade to Vicki pass plus plan annually.Well nothing happened. You told me it would go into effect immediately. It won,t change.Can you change it for me. Upgrade me to Viki Pass Plus annually. as you suggested.Please do it for me.
I really want to get this done and over with.

It seems that you were still trying to upgrade to the monthly Viki Pass Plus plan, thus your change didn't occur immediately.
Regardless, I have assisted to switch you to the annual Viki Pass Plus plan and more details has been sent to your ticket via the Help Center.
Please help to respond there too as this post will be closed to prevent multiple requests confusion.
