[Closed] Account Deletion

Dear Viki, I have requested for account deletion before and someone from the team asked for confirmation to delete my account but after I sent my confirmation, I never heard about my request. After that, I send another two request with atleast three days interval but I still haven't had a response. I'm hoping if you could look it up for me. Thank you very much.
