[Closed] Viki Pass Plus not working
Hi! I decided to upgrade to the Viki Plus Pass. I received confirmation email, it's ok on Google Play, but on my app and the website it still shows Standard. When I press the link as if I'm going to order Plus Pass again, I get an error message saying I already have Plus. I've tried signing in and out, I've even deleted the app and reinstalled. I tried Restore Purchase but I got a error message. I submitted a ticket regarding this issue almost a week ago (#1209089), but had no response. I don't know what to do now. I want use the service. Please, help me!
