[Closed] Cancel Subscription

I've raised a support ticket to cancel my subscription for the past month and now been charged again, please CANCEL and do not charge me anymore!

  • I have moved from apple to android and there is no option to cancel my subscription. I could not retrieve my apple ID anymore. Kindly give a solution to this. Thanks.

    To cancel your subscription without an Apple device, please refer to the ''iTunes Subscriptions' steps here to cancel via your computer.

    More details has also been sent to your ticket on the Help Center and we'll be closing this to prevent confusion of multiple requests.
