[Closed] Ad keep freezing and stopping video from playing.

Anytime i get an ad it freezes, upon the freezing the episode will not resume. When I restart the video the same thing occurs. If and when I reload the browser the same thing occurs as soon as the ad pops up. I am using google chrome BTW

    To make sure this is not a browser issue can you please try the following?

    1. Log out from your account
    2. Clean the cache and cookies on your browser. How do I clear the cache and cookies on my web browser?
    3. Close the browser and restart it again.
    4. Log back into your Viki account
    5. Try again from another browser

    If you're still facing issues thereafter, we would like to request more information about this issue so we can pass this to our team:

    1. The browser version and operating system you're using. You can find this here. You’ll get a link with all the information we need. Please share this link with us.
    2. Can you name or describe the ad that caused issues while watching videos on Viki?
    3. A screenshot of the ad or ads that are causing this issue. Please let us know if it's multiple ads and what episode you were watching when it happened.

    Hello, I also have this problem, i tried to do the things Michelle suggested but they didn't work out. I had a lot of this kind of problems while watching 'fight my way'. Today I started ' He is psychometric' and i am continuing to have the ads blocking the videos

    I have the same problem. I deleted the app and install it again. I clear cache and cookies yet ads still freezes everytime I start to watch a drama.
