[Closed] "Error in processing payment. Please try again."

I don't know if this is the same case for everyone, but I have been trying to subscribe to one of the Viki Pass plans and every time I try to submit the payment, I get the message "Error in processing payment. Please try again." Does anyone know how to resolve this issue?
