[Closed] Playback error watching Strong Woman Do Bong Soon

I have logged out, and log back in, and shut down the roku, and then turned it back on, but the episodes still is showing me the playback error pop up! Please fix this as soon as possible!

    Thank you for your patience while our team was looking into this issue.

    As we've made some updates to the video playback, please take the following steps to perform a system restart and try watching on the Viki Channel again.

    1. Go to your Roku Settings > System > System restart
    2. Open the Viki Channel and login again
