[Closed] COMMERCIAL ENDS SCREEN GOES BLACK AND FREEZES

Every time a block of commercials end the screen goes black after the last commercial and everything freezes up.  I have to exit the site, then re-enter the site, resume the drama, sit through another block of commercials, which fifty percent of the time repeats the same stupid process, and then hope that the drama finally resumes.  It happens several times during EVERY episode of the drama! This is the ONLY site that this occurs on.  What is the problem?!

    To make sure this is not a browser issue can you please try the following?

    1. Log out from your account
    2. Clear your browser cache and cookies How do I clear the cache and cookies on my web browser?
    3. Close your current window, then launch a new window
    4. Log in to your Viki account
    5. Try again from another browser (Eg. Chrome/Safari etc.)

    Are you still experiencing these issues? If so, could you please share the following information?

    • Does this issue occur on your other web browsers?
    • Browser version and operating system. Click here to see all related information — you will get a link with all the information we need. Please share this link with us.
    • What are the specific shows + their episode number with this issue
