[Closed] Watch history not updating

One day, my watch history stopped updating and not listing any recently watched episodes. What more, the issue doesn't appear to be browser or app based -- it won't update for any of my devices I watch on including 2 Windows 10 PCs (Google Chrome), Android 9/10, and Roku 4K. I've cleared browser cache and reinstalled apps on Android/Roku to no avail. My Viki Pass Plus is active, so I'm completely at a loss at this point. Please advise. Thanks!

    Thanks for writing in to us.

    Please help to check that you are logged into your account alas8688 on all your devices first. After, do try watching as per usual and verify that you're able to see the videos on your Watch History.

    If that does not solve your issue, do provide the following:

    • What are the titles + episodes that are not showing up on your Watch History?
    • Where did you watch those videos on? What is your device model and app version?
    • A screenshot / photo of your Watch History which does not show those videos.

    Eg. Watched Hotel Del Luna ep 3 & 4 on Google Pixel 4, Viki version 5.4.3.
