[Solved] Site is not recognizing my subscription

Could some one help me with this? I am unable to watch the episodes at the moment. Thanks. (I have tried empty browser cache).

    Our engineers were doing maintenance on our servers which would have caused some issues with Viki Pass benefits. We're truly sorry for the inconvenience caused.

    The maintenance will be, or would have been completed 30 minutes after the time you wrote in. Please try log out and back into your account then to see your benefits.

    If that doesn't fix the problem after, please let me know and I'll be glad to help.

  • Hi Joshua, I have tried emptying browser cache and logged out and logged back in. The issue still persist.

  • I just resubscribed and I'm having the same problems. I tried logging in on my phone and now my computer and both are saying the same thing. I checked my bank account and I have been charged to renew.
