[Solved] Hard coded Chinese subtitles on the show "The Untamed"
When i try to watch the show on Viki i keep seeing Chinese subtitles below the english...it's really irritating and hard to watch. I could watch this show on Netflix (they just show the English no hard coded chinese subtitled on there) but i like the comments and don't want to have to watch it there due to this issue.
Why does Viki have hard-coded subtitles on shows, as someone who pays to watch, this doesn't make much sense?

Thanks for reaching out. Hard-subbed subtitles are provided to us by the content providers and in these cases, we are not able to remove them.
What I'd like to suggest is that you change your subtitle background to black, so that it does not interfere with your English. More info here.
