[Closed] Poor video quality?

I upgraded to Viki Pass Standard, but apart from the no-ads, I'm not seeing any other benefits. The dramas I watch are still not in high quality. Please let me know if there's any way I can fix this, especially because it's happening with more recent dramas that I expected to be uploaded in HD.

    2. Log out from your account
    3. Clean the cache and cookies on your browser. - How do I clear the cache and cookies on my web browser?
    4. Close the browser and restart it again.
    5. Log back into your Viki account
    6. Try again from another browser
