- If you do not see subtitles, please do check that your subtitle display is turned on. If you are unable to turn off your subtitles, please ensure that Learn Mode is turned off.

tonight Viki logged us out on our tablets, phone and roku device. IT took forever to get logged back in on the computer. Was watching a show, jumped off the app to check another roku app, tried to get back in and kept saying user name, email and password invalid ARGH
for bringing this here, but there is no way to post this faster, once again sorry for taking the shortcut.
By the way it would be nice if there was a post, where one could post spammers/advertisers ...
Just a thought.
I am still having issues. After I log in, I would still be logged out if I jump to another page some times.

Hi there. When i log in on Viki App on Apple TV The App just closes and doesnt log Me in.
We're sorry to hear that you experienced these issues on your Apple TV.
Since the time that you submitted your request, we have released an updated version of the app that should resolve the problem. Please update your Viki application and make sure it's the version 2.3.1.
Additionally, please check that your Apple TV is updated to the latest tvOS 13.
