[Closed] Chromecast

Not able been able to cast to a TV via Chromecast for the last couple of days. It was working fine three days ago. But now, it receives the connection but won't start casting. I tried different computers, same issue. I tried casting other websites and was working fine. The problem occurs, only when trying to Chromecast from Viki.

    Thanks for writing in! I’m sorry to read you're experiencing these issues with Chromecast.

    Can you please try the following first?

    1. Log out from your account and close your web browser.
    2. Turn your device off and on again.
    3. Reboot your Chromecast device. 
    4. Turn off your internet router, wait 30 seconds, and turn it back on.
    5. Make sure Chromecast is connected to the same Wifi network as your device. Also do note that they are either on the same 2.4GHz or 5GHz wifi network.
    6. Log back in to your Viki account and try casting again.

    Are you still having the same issues with the Viki app and Chromecast? If so, can you please provide the following information?

    • A copy/paste or screenshot of the information you see in this link: www.viki.com/debug
    • A screenshot or short video of the error message or issue.
    • The model number of your Chromecast device.
