[On-Hold] English Subtitles missing from New Heart
It seems there is an ongoing problem with subtitles recently. Several shows I watch all of a sudden have no subtitles. Most recently I am having that problem with New Heart episode 2. Please fix it as it is kind of frustrating to pay for the service and not be able to watch with subtitles.
