We're so sorry to read this! The reason why it did not work was that you had an active subscription at the time of applying the promo code.
I've gone ahead to terminate your subscription and provide you with your QC benefits. Please log out and back in before trying again.
We've also gone ahead to provide you with a refund for Sep 1, 2019 charge.
