[Solved] Error for subbing trailer "Not available in your region"

Hi!

I'm on the team to subtitle for My Mowgli Boy and I live in the US. It appears that the trailer and preview videos are not available for me to watch and subtitle, as I get a "not available in your region" error when I click to watch the video or go into the subtitle tools. The channel manager has confirmed that the show is licensed in the Americas, so I'm not sure what's causing the issue. The first new episode should be coming out today and I would like to be able to help with the show, so any help/advice would be greatly appreciated!
