    I looked up your account in our system, and the reason why you're not seeing Viki Pass benefits is that you're not logged in to your Viki Pass account on your Roku.

    To see your benefits, please log in.

    If you've forgotten the password to this account, you can reset it by taking these steps:

    1. Go to https://www.viki.com/forgot_password
    2. Enter your email address
    3. Follow the steps in the email. Be sure to check your Spam folder if you don't see it in your Inbox.
