Ad Blocker

Recently while I was watching a drama in the middle of me watching it something came up on the screen and said: "Ad Blocker Detected". The only problem is before that coming up I had not done anything or installed anything at all. I have never had Ad Blocker and until now I was able to normally watch ads. But now this thing comes up on the screen and in addition, I can hear the ads playing in the background. Sometimes I will watch 3/4 of the ads and then it will pop up again and I will have to wait for another 60s. I read some other comments about this issue here and I saw the replies too where it said how to resolve it. While I followed every step the same problem keeps coming up. It is really annoying please help me resolve this issue. Thank you.

    Hi there,
    Sorry to hear you're experiencing issues.
     
    If this issue is occurring on the Viki website, please try the following to ensure it's not a browser issue:
     
    1. Log out from your account
    2. Clean the cache and cookies on your browser -  How do I clear the cache and cookies on my web browser?
    3. Close the browser and restart it again.
    4. Log back into your Viki account
    5. Try again from another browser
     
    If you continue to experience the same issue, please send me a full-monitor screenshot of the issue along with the names of the affected dramas and episodes.
