[On-Hold] Android app only showing half the screen when in full screen
For some reason whenever I switch the display to full screen on the android app, the bottom half of the screen is all black. This isn't fullscreen. Wtf? It does it on every show I've tried to watch.
The subtitles keep getting completely jacked up on the roku app, so I try to switch to my tablet, then that is screwed up too, only in a different way. Why am I paying for this? Viki used to be a good app and lately all I've been dealing with is issue after issue. What the hell is going on?

Our engineers are aware of this and will be rolling out a fix in the next week or so.

If your phone has OS 4.1 and above, please submit a request https://support.viki.com/hc/en-us/requests/new

I have tried uninstalling and re-installing. I have also shut down and restarted my device. I have also used my device/app on different wifi networks. Still having the same issue. The full screen still works on my phone, just not on my tablet. It worked before, then about 1-2 weeks ago it just stopped using the full screen. Other streaming apps I use on my tablet still work in full screen. Only VIKI is having issues.
1. Android app on Samsung Galaxy Tab S2.
2. It is happening for every episode and everything show.
3. No error message. The show still plays, it just won't play in full fullscreen.
4.Here are two pictures of what it looks like when I try to go into full screen.
