  This is the message I see when I try to upgrade..
  Your subscription cannot be changed as
  it does not match with either your google play or voki acct. Please try again with your other Google Play or Viki acct. Or..

  Of course it says expiration date is 7/28/18???
  Would someone help me out.

  Submit a request, I do not see another option for your problem.

  Be aware that because of a vast number of request in the past weeks a reply from Viki can take some time. Good luck.
