[Solved] Paid extra for promotion price
hi, I saw the viki plug annual pass promotion for $59.99. Then I paid the subscription but it charge $99 dollar on my credit card. Can you adjust the price and refund me which I paid extra. Thanks

As written in our Cyber Monday promotion terms and conditions, this promotion is only available for new subscribers.
As you had a previous Viki Pass subscription on this Viki account, you were charged the full price when you re-subscribed.
