[Closed] Subtitles disappearing in middle of episode and does not reappear. All on Roku.

  Sorry to hear you're experiencing this issue!

  To make sure this is not app problem can you please try the following?

  1. Log out from your account
  2. Uninstall and reinstall the Viki app from your Roku device. To locate and reinstall the Viki app on Roku, please follow these steps
  3. Turn your Roku device off and on again.
  4. Log back in to your Viki account by following the steps here.

  Are you still experiencing the subtitles disappearing on Ep 3 of Ashes of Love?

  If so, can you please provide the following information?

  1. The time at which they disappear
  2. What language subtitles are you watching in?
  3. Are you getting any error message?
  4. A screenshot, picture or short video of the error message or issue. 

  Let me know how it goes and if you continue to experience any issues so that I can further troubleshoot.
