  As written in our Cyber Monday promotion terms and conditions, this promotion is only available for new subscribers.

  As you had a previous Viki Pass subscription on this Viki account, you were charged the full price when you re-subscribed.

  Also, I’ve just emailed you about your seeing ads, and we can follow-up there.

  In the mean time, this is a common troubleshooting step you can try when you don’t see Viki Pass benefits after purchasing Viki Pass:

  Glad I found this, I was going to upgrade to pass plus but definitely won't now. Oh yeah, if it's your policy that this is only for new subscribers you need to say that on the plans page. NOWHERE on the plans page or the ad banner does it say the price is for new members only, nor is there a link to the cyber Monday promotion terms.
