  I am not customer support however, typically recovery of an account is fairly simple provided you know what email you used for account creation. Having been through it a couple of times, my simplest solution for it was setting up auto login after one of my subscriptions ended through gmail. Facebook works too for auto log in feature they got set up.

  If you've forgotten your password, you can reset it by taking these steps:

  1. Go to http://viki.com/forgot_password
  2. Enter your email address you used to register your account
  3. Follow the reset steps in the email you receive. Make sure to check your Spam folder if you don't see it in your Inbox.

  Also, as mzkalam07_211 suggested, if you find that you often forget your password, an easy way forward is to link your Facebook and/or Google account to your account, which will then enable you to login to your account via Facebook/Google login. You can link your Viki account to Facebook and/or Google by following these steps:

  1. Login to viki.com with your email and password
  2. Go to Account Settings
  3. Under the Connected Accounts section, click Connect to Facebook or Connect to Google and follow the prompts
