[Solved] STILL WAITING FOR A RESPONSE
I've been having problems watching several episodes from several shows. I just get a green screen when trying to watch several shows and several episodes via Firestick and Fire tablet. Everything was working fine until Saturday, November 10. I'm a VIKI Pass Plus subscriber but it seems that only device where the VIKI app works right now is via the mobile phone, where I have intermittent issues also. I sent a request for assistance yesterday and sent a DM via twitter, but no response so far. What's going on, VIKI?
Honestly, Same. I have send them 3 emails about issues I am having with the app and they have not replied to me. It’s really aggravating.

Sorry for the issues you were experiencing.
We were experiencing server issues that led to the problems you experienced. The engineers have since resolved this issues and things should be back to normal now.
