[Closed] An Oriental Odyssesy

I was really happy 2 see Viki was back when I discovered that DF was now gone, & I was even more excited when I saw An Oriental Odyssesy available, as Id been wanting 2 watch it ever since I started reading about it online. So it was the 1st show I tried watching after purchasing my subscription. And instead of being able to lose myself in a wonderful new show, I was suddenly looking at the homescreen on my Roku stick. Every time I try 2 open this show 2 begin watching it backs out of Viki completely. 😪 Pls help!

    I’m sorry that you're experiencing issues with watching An Oriental Odyssey on Roku!

    To make sure this is not app problem can you please try the following?

    1. Log out from your account
    2. Uninstall and reinstall the Viki app from your Roku device. To locate and reinstall the Viki app on Roku, please follow these steps
    3. Turn your Roku device off and on again.
    4. Log back in to your Viki account by following the steps here.

    Are you still having the same issues with the Viki app on Roku? If so, please let me know so that we can further troubleshoot the issue!
