  Sorry to hear you're experiencing problems with subtitles disappearing in the middle of shows.

  To help us figure out what is causing this, could you let us know the following information?

  1. Where are you watching the shows? (ex. viki.com website, Android mobile app, Roku TV app)
  2. The specific shows and episodes for which this is occurring (ex. Master in the House Ep. 24)
  3. The point at which English subtitles disappear for each episode (ex. Master in the House Ep. 24, 38:07)
