[Closed] SUB TITLE ISSUE

I'M IN UTAH USA. I'M HAVING PROBLEMS WITH THE ENGLISH SUB TITLES. THE DRAMA STARTS AND THE ENGLISH IS WORKING FINE. DURING THE DRAMA ABOUT EVERY TEN MINUTES THE DRAMA RELOADS AND THE I LOSE THE SUB TITLES. I THOUGHT IT WAS THE DRAMA IT'S SELF, BUT WE WENT TO ANOTHER DRAMA AND IT DID THE SAME THING. I NEED HELP WITH THIS PROBLEM. I'M A VIKI PLUS MEMBER.

    Sorry to hear you're experiencing this problem.

    To help us troubleshoot the issue, could you do the following?

    1. At the bottom of the video player, next to the volume icon, go to Settings > Report Video Issues
    2. Check the relevant categories and write any additional details and click Submit. This will automatically send us useful information that will help us debug what might be causing the issue you're experiencing.

    Please let me know after you submit the form. Screenshots or a short video of the issue would really help too.

    I don't get any English subtitles for all the Korean drama"s all of a sudden

    Similarly, could you send the diagnostic report via the Report Video Issues button so that we can debug what's happening?
