[Solved] Viki 2.1.0 not working on Sony android TV
Hi Viki, this Monday I got Viki updated to 2.1.0 and it no longer works. It do not shows content and trying to log in crashes and closes the app. Any ide how to solve this? Previous version worked like a charm for several months. Thank you!

2.1.1 came out today, you should update and it will be resolved. We had issues with 2.1.0 on Shield Android TV and the 2.1.1 fixed it.
Agreed, the update to Viki 2.1.1 did fix issues for some users, but not all of us as some of us are still experiencing the login issue even after update. Try the suggested update and hopefully it works for you.
Thank you Team! V2.1.1 allows me to see the shows so my situation improved now, however whenever I try to log in with my email account to track my shows progress, the app crashes. Will wait patiently for the fix. Thank you!

We've released Android TV app version 2.1.2 that fixes the issue with logging in with email and password.
Please go to the Google Play Store app on your Android TV to update your app to the newest app.
If you continue to experience problems logging in after updating the app, please let us know!
