[Solved] Viki on stopped working
Hi,
Since yesterday, Viki has stopped working on my android boxes. I have a Beelink GT1 (6.1) and a H96 Pro (7.1.2). Is there a problem with Viki or are these boxes not supported anymore? Can you tell me what is going on or how to correct this?

Hi Annette,
I looked up both your Android boxes. Unfortunately, we don't support them as they use the Android mobile OS instead of the Android TV OS. Since the Viki app you download on the box is made for mobile instead of TV, we are not able to ensure that the mobile app works on your TV.
However, you can definitely still try some common troubleshooting steps like updating your OS and deleting and reinstalling the Viki app to see if it helps fixes the problem. I've sent these troubleshooting steps to you in detail via email.
Alternatively, you can also check out our other Connected TV options here. What I'd suggest is for you to get the Google Chromecast since it's a very affordable casting device, that's easy to use and works great with most TVs.
