[Solved] Viki Pass is very disfigured and damaged
I paid for a Viki Premium Pass of $9.99 May 8th using my apple email account, I wrote most of the rest of the information in my two support tickets. Please do not respond with a generic help advice, I am having a serious problem and this isn’t the first time this has happened. But i would appreciate it if you actually took the time to really help me out here this time. My payment went through, I have the receipt, my subscription is active on my apple account it ends june 8th, but I am not receiveing any premium features on my account at all. The restore button does not work, the generic advice is dump and does not work. Can you please manually activate it on my account or do something, anything, and if not quickly send me a refund of my purchase, because this is illegal. You cant take someones money and not give them service. If you cant do either i will contact my bank and cancel it that way.
The 4 years I have been with Viki and this problem is still around and I don’t have much patience left. I don’t understand why this problem is still here after all these years.
