[Solved] Viki pass upgrade issue
Almost a week ago, I decided to upgrade to the premium pass. I received confirmation email, but on my app and the website it still shows standard. When I press the link as if I'm going to order plus pass again, I get an error message saying I already have plus. I've tried signing in and out, I've even deleted the app and reinstalled. I submitted a ticket regarding this issue almost a week ago, but have had no response; is there a different reporting area I'm missing? Can someone help me?
