[Closed] Cancel subscription

Dawn sent me a message that so confusing. And then the following emails were in Chinese characters like really? I am sending you email in English then your reply in Chinese characters? Why don’t you just put cancel subscription in the choices anyway so your customers will not go through this hassle.
