[Closed] App keeps crashing

My Viki app keeps crashing on my Roku tv. I could be watching a drama and all of a sudden it brings me to the Roku home page. This has been going on a day now. This is so annoying! I tried uninstall the app and downloaded it again after 5 tries. And it still does the same thing. Even cleared cache and nothing is working, any ideas?
