[Closed] Even though I accepted all cookies, comments section is not there under ratings

Hello!
I accepted all cookies while logging in; even installed another web browser, deactivated all privacy/security settings to let the site run free and still nothing. Not even a rectangle can be seen under rating's section.
What's happening?
