[Solved] Downloads not working

I am unable to download anything that is downloadable When i click on the download icon it plays the episode without downloading I have the proper subscription

    Our engineers have gotten back to us and this issue has been fixed. Please update your application and make sure it's the IOS version 24.1.

  • I will be traveling soon and also having the same issue. Please fix ASAP or at least provide update on when this can be resolved. I’ve seen this reported already since at least 2 weeks ago.

  • I am paying for plus and I am also having this problem. Hasn’t been fixed for over a week?! Why am am I paying for plus when I have been having this problem for the whole month!! Hopefully it will be fixed soon.

    I’ve been experiencing the same problem like everyone else…I did a private tech email a few weeks back hoping for some progress. I’m not sure what device everyone else has but I’m using the latest IPAD IOS 17.3. I’m pretty tech savvy so I’ve deleted, reinstalled & updated everything that could possibly need updating. If anyone here has found any useful information or solutions please feel free to share…Thanks

  • I paid for plus so I could download shows to watch in the air. Travelling in the morning. Really disappointed and frustrated with this!

  • Me too, having same issue. I’m watching my dowloaded episode in the train on my way to work now I cannot watch my downloaded episode.

    The issue with videos playing instead of downloading from any show's episode 2 onwards is a known one. Our team is currently working hard on an investigation.

    We expect to have a resolution for this problem as soon as possible.

  • This started happening the day after the last app update. Is there no way to reverse the update? Last week I was told this would be fixed soon. Really ridiculous this hasn’t been resolved. Not sure why we are paying for the premium service otherwise. Seriously contemplating canceling my subscription if not fixed by the end of the week

  • Having subscribed to Plus for the downloading function and not being able to use that function for the majority of the month subscription is kind of a let down.

  • I’m also still having this issue.. it’s been over a week at this point. I’ll probably just cancel my premium account since the download functionality was one of the main reasons I got it

  • Ok. This is getting ridiculous. At least give us an update. I know not to buy an annual subscription. Your user base will be moving to social media soon if you can’t at a minimum communicate with your customers.
